STAFF APPOINTMENT & TRAINING

  • Hiring starts right after location approval is positive and agreement is duly executed.
  • We will seek a mix of local semi-­‐skilled cooks who will be trained and inducted in FYI kitchen with our HQ trained crew. 
  • Training will be given at our training centre in Indore under the guidance of our trained crew for a defined period.
  • We will appoint a graduate, well groomed candidate (a Hotel management graduate or having restaurant experience is preferred) as a Restaurant Operations Manager who will work as per our set protocols.
  • He/she shall receive an initial training from FYI at our said facility
  •  He/she shall be responsible to manage the FYI outlet, keep it operationally and economically fit, keeping brand standards and quality in place
  • He/she shall work under strict supervision of FFPL.

  •  The promotional/launch strategy by our associated agency or firm, or an independent representative or firm on your behalf, handling the PR and commercial marketing for our brand as per our vision.
  •  Fixation of percent of sales for organic marketing on monthly basis for branding.
  • Online media campaigns before launch and after till defined strategy.
  • Tie ups with leading food delivery companies before commencement of operations.
  • OFFLINE BUZZ: Strong buzz by print media paid write ups in special issues covering locale.
